Tips and guides for meditation

The following exercises serve to raise awareness of their own locks that can be found in meditation. It is these blockages that keep clearly see, feel subtle vibrations, hear the inner voice ... They are short and you can do while you read.

LISTEN NOW.

Stand a few seconds. Close your eyes and listen within yourself, in your own inner voice, listen to what he is saying or listening to your soul.

To calm the mind and listen to the voice inside, put aside everything around you, stay outside of the action around you, do not you involve your mind to empty and alone.

Let go of you, at least more than half of the thoughts that you usually have during the day, leave away from you and you can hear and live much quieter.

Stand a few seconds. Close your eyes and feel your whole being, both your physical body and emotional, you notice about the presence and vibration you feel in you and around. Just sit for a while.

Surely you have noticed many different emotions. Irritability, impatience, energy dense movements, different densities in different parts of your surroundings, you could even notice a lock that you can not feel beyond your physical body. Most times, these vibrations and these locks has to do with emotions. They may be emotions that troubles you, emotions that do not recognize or remember in your life but are steeped in you or not allow emotional vibrations that vibrate in more frequently.

The light body is usually hidden so much emotion. It is therefore necessary to release these emotions.

You can release many emotions playing, laughing and talking with other people. Old memories are usually found firmly anchored to the emotions of old lives, of forgotten memories, distant life situations has not yet completed, all this should be free.

There is no need to regress and re-anchored to that emotion. You can release it by changing the vibration of your daily emotions.

Sing, laugh and above all communicate only by love for the same life, marriage and communication. Liat to speak until you do shut up, but all happy, joyous and heart in his hand. So cleanse old ways emotional and mental energy that you anchored in you.

Some memories I have of past lives in the form of emotion are useless in your current life. Vivid memories and feelings are very hard to be clean, and these energies are yours alone when the vibration change and is not similar to that memory.

And no need to talk about nothing in particular, just express yourself, you share with others.

Stand a few seconds. Close your eyes and see the image that your soul is watching. Do not try anything, just let yourself go to the innermost image you have. Few seconds.

Many messages we give our own souls are pictures and most of those images we lose and we can not see. If your mind does not let you look back you can not see inside.

You have to relax the eye, forget the images of simple things you already know, the computer, keyboard, cup, incense, the table ... all these things you are disturbing visual image you have of what is happening to your around, there are other things around you and you see them, it is important for what you say to yourself, for what you see.

You must meditate on empty spaces and rooms of things that your visual memory of your surroundings and your mental picture you can see other situations that happen around you.

Remove objects that do not count. Papers, notes, cards, colors ... everything now you'd better around you. All this creates a vision, a visual image in your mind and it is harder to visualize and find other visual images that is around you now can not see.

If you get rid of all that content insubstantial around you can start to see shapes, colors, auras, start seeing your guide, angels, your own aura, or even the love coming from other places in the form of energy. All this would have to be able to see it not for the number of elements that have nearly illusory.

Before entering into a meditation and visualization relaxation or calm. Get a total calm. No one version provided calm, do not feel no uneasiness.
